CVS Caremark Community Grants

The CVS Caremark Community Grant supports programs targeting children under age 21 with disabilities and programs that ensure that more uninsured people receive
needed care. Programs targeting children under age 21 with disabilities must address either health and rehabilitation services or enabling and encouraging physical movement and play. The Community grant also supports programs that ensure that students are not left behind in schools. Proposed programs must be fully inclusive where children with disabilities are fully participants in an early childhood, adolescent, or teenage program alongside their typically developing peers.
