Do you have a service-learning project to showcase? These science fair-style presentations are sure to ignite the imagination of fellow conference attendees. Apply by Friday, November 13 to share your project.

NYLC awards shine a spotlight on exemplary leaders from across the service-learning movement and nurture the leaders of the future. Who do you know who deserves recognition for what they do? Visit nylc.org/awards to learn more about the awards and to download a nomination form.

Have you ever wanted to introduce a conference keynote presenter? Do you have the desire to be on stage? Do you have the skills it takes to present in front of more than 1,000 of your fellow attendees? Download the youth emcee application and stand up with us at #SLC16.

Youth emcees will be joined on-stage by incredible featured speakers. Attendees come together to be inspired by service-learning leaders — from global activists like Naomi Tutu, to local movers and shakers like motivational speaker Julia Sewell.

Support the conference and discover new ways to engage students as a sponsor or an exhibitor. View the Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities packet to learn how you can take your involvement to the next level.

Host an on-site service-learning project! Each year, on-site projects support local or national causes and provide an educational experience to attendees — all inside the conference venue! We rely on organized and creative individuals to make these projects successful. To join the On-Site Service-Learning Projects Committee, contact Jason Stewart, Conference and Events Planner, at jstewart@nylc.org.

We hope you take advantage of all the opportunities #SLC16 has to offer. You’re what makes the National Service-Learning Conference® such a powerful event!

Thank you,
Your friends at NYLC
