Amazing!   The community garden, planted by students in Kelloggsville, produced some amazing crops in its first year!  While so many farmers and gardeners suffered losses with the extreme heat this summer, the Kelloggsville Community Garden was able to keep plants alive and even share the bounty!   “The key was the installation of the sprinkling system.  That saved us from the heat,” commented teacher Mike Zurgable at last week’s Community Pride Festival.  Some items from the garden were given out to community members at the Festival.  Other crops are still growing and will be harvested this fall.  Check out the photos below!
